Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online (By Credit/Debit card and Net banking) and Cheque/DD/Money Order. In the C-o-D payment terms or C-o-D service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.

Are there any hidden terms and conditions for a C-o-D purchase?

The minimum order value for C-o-D is Rs. 249/- and the maximum order value for a C-o-D payment is Rs. 3,000/-. It's strictly a cash-only payment method; Cheques or Demand Drafts will not be entertained. Also, e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. C-o-D charges of Rs. 100/- per order shall be applicable.

Placing a Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) Order

  1.   All items that have the "Cash-on-Delivery Available" Icon are valid for order by Cash-on-Delivery. Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. 
  2.   When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery" 
  3.   Once verified and confirmed and be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. 
  4.   You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.

Order Status

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with myshopbazzar.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders. You can have all the information by clicking on Track Order (Bottom on the home page).

Can I cancel an order or change the order after it is placed?

Yes, you have the choice to either cancel an order or change it even after it is placed. You can do this before confirming your order details that come just before order creation while in the check out process. But once the order is confirmed and created it cannot be cancelled or changed. Remember, orders which have not completed the check out process or are not confirmed by you or have not reached the order creation step can only be cancelled or changed and not all. Hence, always be careful while placing orders.

When and how can I cancel an order ?

Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours. Once the order is dispatched, requests regarding the cancellation of orders will not be entertained.

Can items or address be changed even after the placement of the orders?

Users have the choice to change items and address while placing an order. The Remove button in the check out process helps you to remove item from the shopping cart. You can also add items to your shopping cart before your order is completed or you have confirmed and created your order. 
Shipping Address can be changed easily while you are still in the check out process. Back link in the check out process helps in navigating back. To change the Shipping Address you can either select from you address book or you can add new shipping address while you are in the check out process. You can edit shipping addresses through My Account which you can access after logging in if you are a registered member with myshopbazzar.com Remember, once order is confirmed and created it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Are Electronics (Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops, Personal & Health Care Products) purchased online covered by warranty?

All Electronics sold on myshopbazzar.com are sourced from Indian suppliers authorized by the Manufacturer. They come with Manufacturer's warranty & are serviceable at the corresponding brand's Authorized Service Center(s) in India, unless specified otherwise.
All Electronics above Rs.5000/- (Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops, Personal & Health Care Products) are covered by free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is 3 to 7 working days. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates: 

Mentioned as 3 days delivery time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 3 to 7 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Indian Postal Services is used only for paid orders and not for C-O-D orders. 
Business days exclude public holidays and Sunday’s. 

Mentioned as more than 3 days delivery time: We procure and ship the items within the time specified on the item details page. Some items have to be procured from suppliers or imported from outside India. These can take 10 or more days to reach you. You can always rest assured that you will receive your order within the time specified. 
Maximum time within which you will receive your order is 14 business days. 

Preorder or Forthcoming: These items are soon to be released and we pre book your item for you. The item will be shipped to you within a week of its official release launch. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. Eg: 5th jan, Feb.3rd week.

How will the delivery be done?

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your non-electronics items ( i.e. except Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops) via Government Registered Book post or Speed post. If your order contains an electronics item (Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops) we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
All Electronic Items above Rs.5000/- are Insured for theft & damages during transit.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

Octroi Charges: If applicable, to be paid by buyer to the courier. 
Entry Tax: If applicable, to be paid by buyer. Buyer from UP, Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttaranchal, please call before placing orders

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile (electronic) items are safely secured with bubble wrap.

What should be done if I find my electronic product has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?

  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged. 
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. 
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount. 
  • In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item. 

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All myshopbazzar.com items are delivered through reputed courier who provide with a Tracking ID for your order which are sent by sms and email to you. You may track your delivery on our websites by clicking on Track Order (Bottom on the home page).
