Cancellation of Order
Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours. Once the order is dispatched, requests regarding the cancellation of orders will not be entertained.
Returns
We are committed to ensure your satisfaction of any product that you have ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 10 days as per below mentioned terms:
Damaged / Defective Merchandise
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, in the same condition as you had received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
• The complain will be entertained only if you have lodged a written complain within 24 hours of the receipt of the product from the delivery person/courier to us in info@myshopbazzar.com, customercare@myshopbazzar.com with details of your order and the problem.
• Please do not accept delivery of any item whereby the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
• Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
• Only in cases if we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
• In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item.
Note: Products that have been assembled and/or installed cannot be returned in this manner. These include furniture and consumer durables, electronic productssuch as Mobiles,TVs, fridges, washing machines or air conditioners or any electronic products ,Please contact your local authorized service centre of the manufacturer for such products, and follow their instructions.
Note: Personal items including Lingerie are excluded due to hygiene reasons.
Returns through Courier:
• Please ensure that, we receive the return product within 10 days of having received the product and request an exchange. However you can avail this facility only if you have lodged a written complain within 24 hours of the receipt of the product from the delivery person/courier to us in info@myshopbazzar.com, customercare@myshopbazzar.com with details of your order and the problem.
• We will bear the cost of courier charges/VPP and shall process the exchange subject to receipt of the products at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice and only if there has been an error on our part in terms of dispatching a damaged/ defective product/ different product/ different size than what you have ordered.
• Please note that in case you have placed a particular order and we have dispatched the product conforming to your order and subsequently you wish to return the product the courier charges for returning the product to us will NOT be reimbursed by us and will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Only in cases if we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
In other cases only exchange of other products of same value or more value (differential amount will be charged) will be considered.
We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
Availability of product:
Your order will be executed subject to the availability of products. If in any case your ordered product is not available with us, you will be informed about the same within 48 hours. If you want to take any other product of the same value against your ordered product, we will deliver it on priority basis otherwise we shall cancel your order and refund your money.
